DULCE DE LECHE BREAD

List of ingredients:

* 500 gr wheat flour
20 g of sugar
90 gr of butter
100ml milk
190 g grated semi-hard cheese (not too salty)
15 g dry yeast
1 tbsp salt
Dulce de Leche Alpina

Preparation:

Dump everything in a bowl and mix.
Mix flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Add water, then mix using the handle of thespatula until you can no longer see flour.
Cover with cling wrap and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until the dough doubles in volume. The surface should be bubbly, and the mixture should jiggle when you shake the bowl.

25°C/77°F+. Warmer = faster rise. Avoid direct sunlight, it dries out the surface of the dough. Dough, done – and you didn’t even get your hands dirty! Onto shaping, cheesing and baking.
